From AI Concept to Road-Ready Wrap
When EM Print and Signs was approached by Ninja Removals, the brief was clear: they already had an AI-generated mockup and wanted it transformed into a real, road-ready vehicle wrap. While AI visuals can be a great starting point, they rarely translate directly onto a vehicle without careful adjustment and that’s where our expertise comes in.
Our design team began by redesigning the concept into a true-to-scale vehicle template, creating an accurate working mockup that allowed us to see exactly how the graphics would sit across the van’s contours, panels and curves. This stage is crucial for ensuring the final result looks clean, professional, and readable from every angle.
We then refined the artwork to improve both aesthetics and practicality. We adjusted the text to follow the vehicle’s natural body lines, rebalanced the spacing for better visibility and positioned key branding elements for maximum impact on the road. These small but important tweaks make the difference between a wrap that simply fits and one that truly stands out.
Once the design was finalised, our production team printed the individual graphic elements using high-quality materials suited for vehicle application. Each panel was carefully prepared, trimmed and aligned before installation to ensure a seamless finish.
Our experienced installers methodically wrapped the vehicle, achieving smooth coverage, crisp edges and long-lasting adhesion. The end result is a bold, professional van that promotes Ninja Removals wherever it goes.
